Delivery
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. When your order is dispatched, we will send you a further notification email along with tracking information, so you can follow its journey to you.
You can have your order delivered to your chosen address. Please ensure your delivery information is entered accurately. We are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been placed and processed.
Our standard delivery times are provided on our website and at checkout. Please note that these are estimated timescales and not guaranteed. Deliveries are made on business days, excluding public holidays. Any customs or import duties charged for international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We hope you love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple. You can return new and unused items in their original packaging, with all tags attached, within a generous period from the date of receipt.
To start a return, please visit our returns portal at joyfulensembles.com. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return is authorised, you will receive instructions and a returns note to include with your parcel.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as pierced earrings or select personal care items. This will be clearly marked on the product page. Sale items may have different return conditions, so please check the relevant information at the time of purchase.
